The session · 5:00 – 7:00 pm

What a session looks like, start to finish

It isn't a class and it isn't a spa. It's two hours with a shape: they start quiet and end in conversation. Here's what happens, in order.

  1. 01 — Arrival

    You walk in

You leave the car and walk in, no traffic, and by the time you arrive you're already moving at a different pace. The place does part of the work.

  2. 02 — Body

    Breathe and move

The first part changes every week: breathwork, mobility or guided meditation. Always with someone in front telling you what to do. No experience needed, no fitness required.

  3. 03 — Contrast

    Hot and cold

Sauna and ice bath, in that order and supervised. It's the part that reads scarier than it feels. Add it when you book, or on the day if there's room left.

  4. 04 — Close

    Music and people

It ends sitting down, with music, cold coconut water and something to eat, talking to people who just did the same thing you did. Seven o'clock sharp — Thursday is still Thursday.

The club starts here, not when there's a building.

Why recovery is booked separately

There are only so many tubs: the hot-and-cold part doesn't grow when the group grows. We'd rather say so now than have you find out on arrival. Add it when you book for 29 USD more — and if you don't decide now, you can add it on the day, if there's room.

That keeps general entry at 29 USD, which is where we want it: within reach of anyone already paying for a gym.

How it works

The two hours, block by block

So nobody arrives wondering what they're walking into. Here's what sits between five and seven.

  1. 5:00 pm

    Doors

You arrive, drop your things, change if you need to. Fifteen minutes of slack on purpose: nobody starts in a rush.

  2. 5:15 pm

    Movement

Forty-five guided minutes. Breathwork, mobility or meditation, depending on the week. Done as a group, and you can stop whenever you want.

  3. 6:00 pm

    Contrast

Sauna and ice in rotations, for whoever added it. Everyone else goes straight to the last part — nobody stands around waiting.

  4. 6:45 pm

    Everyone together

The group comes back together. Music, conversation, and the stretch where this stops feeling like an activity and starts feeling like people.

  5. 7:00 pm

    It ends

Sharp. No bar carrying on, no extra half hour. Thursday is still Thursday and tomorrow is a workday.

If you're late, come anyway: you only miss the block that already started.

Dates

When

Spots aren't open yet. When they are, the list hears first.

First sessions: October 2026

Sixty spots, every Thursday. The first sessions are invitation-only and open early for people on the list.

Who it's for

Anyone. And a couple of things worth knowing

No minimum level, no test, no technical gear. People come who train every day, and people come who haven't done anything in years.

Cold isn't for everyone

Anyone can buy general entry. Not everyone can add the recovery circuit, and we'd rather say so here than at the water's edge. Check with your doctor before adding it if any of these apply:

  • Pregnancy
  • Heart conditions
  • High blood pressure
  • Epilepsy
  • You've had alcohol that day

We ask when you book, and anyone who flags one of these can't add the circuit — general entry, yes, and the whole session minus the cold. It isn't paperwork: it's cold water, cardiovascular load, and a place an ambulance takes time to reach.

Where

A private island in a lake, minutes from Bávaro

You leave the car and walk across. No cars inside, and that's part of why it works.

The exact address arrives by email

It isn't published, and that's deliberate: it's a private place and we share it with the people coming. When you confirm, you get the location, the meeting point and how to get there.

If it rains

What happens if it rains

Written before the first session, not after the first storm. We're outdoors and we're in the Caribbean: it is going to rain.

Drizzle or light rain
The session runs. You were going to end up wet anyway — half of this is water.
Electrical storm or official warning
Cancelled, no argument. Water, metal and an island don't mix with lightning.
The call
Made and sent before 2:00 pm the same Thursday, by email and WhatsApp. You'll never leave the house without knowing.
If it's cancelled
Your spot moves automatically to the following Thursday. If that doesn't work, reply to that same email and we refund in full.

We never cancel for rain once a session has started, unless lightning shows up. In that case we evacuate and your spot is treated as cancelled.

Questions

The ones we always get

Do I need to be fit or have experience?

No. Neither. It's all guided and it can all be stopped.

What do I bring?

Comfortable clothes, a swimsuit and a towel. The rest is there.

How long is it, and when does it really end?

5:00 to 7:00 pm. And it ends at seven — that's the whole point of it being a Thursday.

Is the ice bath compulsory?

No. It's a separate add-on with limited spots, chosen when you book. You can come and not get in.

Can I come if I've never done an ice bath?

Yes, that's the most common case. It's supervised throughout, and there are contraindications we check when you book.

What if it rains?

There's a published rain policy, with automatic rescheduling to the next Thursday. It's a few lines up.

How do I get there and where do I park?

We send it with your confirmation: meeting point, how to get there, and where to leave the car.

Can I come on my own?

Yes, and most people do. The last part is built for exactly that.

Is there food and drink?

Yes, and it's included: cold coconut water, electrolyte water and something light to eat at the close. No alcohol — not least because cold and alcohol don't mix.

Can I book several dates?

Yes, and you should: the first ones open together on purpose, because what we're building is a habit, not a one-off plan.

The three rituals

Reset is the weekly one. There are two more

The same arc, at three scales. Reset is the one you come back to every Thursday; the other two come later, and the list hears about those too.

The list

Leave us your details and we'll let you know

Your email is all we need. No advertising, and your details go to nobody else: one email when spots open, and not much more.

With WhatsApp, if you'd rather we reach you there when it rains.

Where you live, not where you're from.
